Subscription Cancellation Policy

Vaultody provides subscription-based services subject to fixed-term commitments, as defined in the applicable agreement and subscription plan.


Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription term to prevent automatic renewal.


Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term.
  • Access to the services may be discontinued upon expiration of the subscription period.


Early Termination
If you cancel your subscription before the end of the agreed term, applicable fees for the remaining period may still be due, as specified in your agreement with Vaultody.


No Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


How to Cancel
To process a cancellation request, please provide your account details, registered email, and requested cancellation date via [email protected].


Relationship to Agreement
This policy is provided for transparency and informational purposes. In case of any conflict, the terms of the executed agreement and applicable subscription annex between you and Vaultody shall prevail.
