What one referral is worth
30% of the list plan fee, excluding VAT, for the first 12 months after the team's first paid plan payment. On a yearly plan, 30% of the yearly fee, once. Usage commissions, fee optimization and network fees are not included.

When does a referral count?
When the team creates a new Vaultody account within 90 days of its last click on your link; if it clicked more than one referral link, the last click wins. Your commission starts with that team's first paid subscription and runs for 12 months. Card checkout and crypto top-ups both count. Accounts that already exist and self-referrals do not.
What earns commission?
Only subscription fees: the plan fee a referred team pays in the 12 months after its first paid plan payment, excluding VAT. Usage and transaction fees, fee optimization, network fees and balance top-ups earn nothing.
Will I see what my referred clients pay?
No. Your referrer area shows each referred team as an anonymous label, such as Client #3, with its signup date, status and the months left in its first year. Earnings are shown as monthly totals, never per client, and we never share client names, plans or amounts.
How and when am I paid?
On the 1st of each month we calculate what you earned in the previous month and issue a statement. We pay it by bank transfer or in crypto, for example USDT on TRON or USDC on Ethereum, to the payout method you add in your referrer area. The minimum payout is $100; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
What if a referred team gets a refund?
A refunded or charged-back subscription payment is deducted from your next statement.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Self-referrals and referrals to an account that already exists are not eligible.
