Electronic Signature Consent

This Electronic Signature Consent ("Consent") explains how Vaultody Ltd. ("Vaultody", "Provider", "we", "our", or "us") obtains, records, and relies upon electronic signatures and electronic records in connection with the Services.
By checking any acceptance box, clicking "Accept", "Continue", "Register", "Subscribe", "Purchase", "Create Account", or taking any similar action indicating assent through our website, platform, onboarding process, checkout flow, or Services, you agree to this Consent.
1. Consent to Electronic Signatures
You agree that electronic signatures, electronic acceptances, electronic records, and electronic communications may be used in connection with your relationship with Vaultody.
You acknowledge and agree that your electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
2. Acceptance of Legal Documents
Electronic acceptance may be used to accept and enter into legally binding agreements and policies, including:
- Digital Wallet as a Service (DWaaS) Software as a Service Agreement;
- Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy;
- Data Security Policy;
- Data Processing Addendum;
- Subscription & Cancellation Policy;
- Complaints & Dispute Policy;
- Any amendments, updates, renewals, notices, disclosures, future versions, or other documents relating to the Services.
3. Authority to Act
If you are accepting documents on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, trust, fund, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you are authorized to act on behalf of such entity;
(b) you are authorized to legally bind such entity; and
(c) all information provided during registration, onboarding, subscription, and payment processes is accurate and complete.
4. Electronic Records
Vaultody may create, retain, and rely upon electronic records relating to:
- account registration;
- onboarding activities;
- legal document acceptance;
- subscriptions and renewals;
- purchases and payments;
- account activity;
- communications relating to the Services; and
- other interactions with Vaultody.
Such records may include:
- full name;
- email address;
- company name;
- company registration number;
- VAT number (where applicable);
- country of registration or residence;
- date and time of acceptance;
- IP address;
- browser, device, and technical information;
- accepted document versions; and
- other information reasonably necessary to demonstrate acceptance.
You agree that such records may be relied upon as evidence of your identity, acceptance, authorization, and agreement to applicable legal documents.
5. Electronic Communications
You agree that Vaultody may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, invoices, billing information, security notifications, account communications, policy updates, and other communications electronically.
Electronic communications may be provided through:
- email;
- the Services;
- your Account;
- the Vaultody website; or
- other electronic means reasonably designated by Vaultody.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
If you do not agree to conduct business electronically, you must not register for, subscribe to, purchase, access, or use the Services.
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time, subject to any contractual obligations that may apply under the agreements governing your use of the Services.
7. Retention of Records
You are responsible for retaining copies of any agreements, policies, notices, disclosures, invoices, or other documents provided electronically by Vaultody.
Vaultody may retain electronic records relating to registration, onboarding, legal document acceptance, subscriptions, payments, renewals, notices, account activity, and use of the Services for as long as reasonably necessary to evidence acceptance, demonstrate authorization, administer the Services, comply with Applicable Law, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Vaultody may retain such records in electronic form, including through internal systems, logs, databases, document snapshots, audit trails, or other commercially reasonable recordkeeping methods.
