# Digital Wallet as a Service (DWaaS) Software as a Service Agreement

The Vaultody DWaaS Software as a Service Agreement (Non-Custodial) is the master contract governing use of the Vaultody platform. It defines the services, the non-custodial model (Vaultody never holds keys or digital assets), client responsibilities, subscription and fee obligations, IP rights, warranties and disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, term and termination, confidentiality, security posture (read alongside the Data Security Policy and DPA), governing law (Bulgaria), and the relationship to other legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms, Electronic Signature Consent, Subscription & Cancellation Policy, Complaints & Dispute Policy).
