# Enterprise

Contracted wallet infrastructure for organizations whose volume, deployment or assurance requirements go beyond a self-serve plan. Enterprise is agreed with the Vaultody team — there is no self-serve sign-up for it and no trial.

## Who it is for

- **Banks and financial institutions** — regulated balance-sheet and client-asset operations. See [Traditional Banks](/who-we-serve/traditional-banks) and [Financial Institutions](/who-we-serve/financial-institutions).
- **Payment service providers** — high-volume settlement and payout flows. See [Payment Processors](/who-we-serve/payment-processors).
- **Exchanges and trading venues** — hot-wallet operations with segregated end-customer accounts. See [Exchanges](/who-we-serve/exchanges).
- **Institutions and asset managers** — governance-heavy treasury and fund operations.

## What the Enterprise contract adds

- **Scale on your terms** — vault accounts, transaction volume and seats agreed per contract rather than capped by a published plan tier, up to an unlimited plan with no cap on vault accounts.
- **Deployment models** — dedicated, self-hosted, or deployed into your own VPC, alongside the standard shared deployment.
- **Guaranteed SLA** — a contractual availability and response commitment. The guaranteed SLA is Enterprise-only; it is part of the agreement, not a published plan feature.
- **Named 24/7 team** — a named point of contact and round-the-clock support coverage.
- **Security and compliance review** — vendor due-diligence, security questionnaires and architecture review handled as part of onboarding.
- **Onboarding support** — integration support through to production, with the same team that ran the review.

## Security and compliance posture

Vaultody is non-custodial by architecture: key material exists only as distributed MPC shares, and Vaultody can never move customer funds unilaterally. See [Vaultody MPC](/multi-party-computation).

Certification programmes are **in progress**, not achieved:

- **ISO 27001** — in progress.
- **SOC 2** — in progress.
- **GDPR** — Vaultody operates under GDPR as an EU-established company.

The [Trust Center](https://trust.vaultody.com) publishes the real, current status of each programme and is the source of truth — this page is not.

## How onboarding runs

1. **Introductory call** — requirements, volumes, chains, deployment model and timelines.
2. **Technical and security review** — architecture walkthrough, security questionnaire, due-diligence pack.
3. **Commercial agreement** — pricing, SLA and contract terms.
4. **Integration and go-live** — sandbox integration, production cutover, and handover to the named support team.
