# Electronic Signature Consent

The Vaultody Electronic Signature Consent explains how clicking "Accept", "Continue", "Register", "Subscribe", or a similar affirmative action constitutes a valid electronic signature and binding acceptance of Vaultody's legal documents. It sets out the records Vaultody retains as evidence of electronic acceptance (document name, version, checkbox selections, timestamps, IP address, browser/user agent, account ID, email, subscription/purchase context), the client's right to withdraw or request paper copies where required by law, and the interaction with the DWaaS Software as a Service Agreement.
